Pan Pac Forest Productions Ltd is a Japanese owned forest productions company located in Napier with a dry mill situated in Milburn Otago. Their product is exported to over 15 different countries around the world so the saw mill is always working at full capacity and there is a constant flow of heavy machinery moving product around the site. This continual traffic creates dangerous workplace areas and increases the risk of damage to buildings and assets as well as staff injuries.
