Construction of a new ‘super depot’ for parcels in Grenada, Wellington is now complete and it’s one seriously impressive complex! NZ Post has invested $millions into both the 10440m² processing floor and the latest global technology for sorting and scanning parcels at a faster rate than ever before. This significant investment prepares them well for exponential growth in the online shopping industry, now and in the future.
Within this wonderful sea of red you may be able to spot the odd splash of ‘safety yellow’ about the place! We’re very proud to have supplied a range of Tru-Gard™ Certified Safety Barriers and Bollards for this project. With hundreds of staff required to run this vast processing centre, there’s going to be a lot of human resources to protect! And we’re sure you’ll agree with us, that during the course of getting all those treasured online purchases to our doors and mailboxes, every worker in the process should be kept safe from harm. That’s why it’s so great to see quality traffic safety measures in place, not only at this site, but at all NZ Post sites nationwide.
