We are so sure of the quality of our products that we want to offer Tru-Gard™ clients a permanent 10-year warranty from now on.
The Tru-Gard™ warranty will cover defects in product materials or faults in the manufacturing or installation process for a period of 10 years from installation date*.
Warranty claim forms are available from Tru-Bilt Industries and all submissions must be accompanied by photos supporting the claim. When a claim is accepted, Tru-Bilt will repair or replace parts or entire products as it deems suitable according to the circumstances.
* The warranty will not cover situations where a product has been:
- damaged on-site after installation
- misused by the client
- selected incorrectly and/or installed incorrectly by the client
- deteriorated due to fair wear and tear
- repaired, altered or overhauled without notifying Tru-Bilt Industries in advance
